Curriculum and Assessment Director
Overview: | Educational administrators design and implement methods to manage and measure how well an educational program is meeting its objectives. They select, develop and evaluate both the teachers and administrative staff members. |

Duties: | They set educational goals and define the methods of instruction and the standards for evaluating how well students are learning the curriculum being taught. They specify the qualifications for instructors and teachers who will teach the curriculum and how to measure their competence. Manage the counseling and guidance services offered to students by the school or educational institutions. They design programs to involve parents in the school decision-making process. They conduct research studies to compare and evaluate different teaching styles and methods for student education. |
