“What day is it?” is a frequently asked question during the pandemic, when every day seems like all other days.

“Blursday” can make it difficult to keep track of schedules and responsibilities, and negatively impact school, work, and relationships. This workshop will help you to keep track of your days and orient yourself for wellness and college success.
