This Conference and Workshop is for Students


In this workshop, students will discuss good stress vs. bad stress.

 

They will be able to identify bodily responses to stress and how to effectively manage stress with healthy coping skills.

Stress! A common theme pretty much everyone is undergoing due to the COVID-19 pandemic combined with other factors. In this workshop, students will learn the difference between good stress and bad stress and how to overcome them, especially during this pandemic.
