The Environmental Sustainability Club Presents: The Art & Science of Histotechnology


Speaker: Tina Van Meter, HT (ASCP), Board Certified Histotechnologist, Director, Histology Core Facility, The Scripps Research Institute, Florida

Tina Van Meter, HT (ASCP) is a graduate from The Ohio State University Hospital School of Histotechnology and is a Nationally Certified Histotechnician. She has 45 years of experience in various Histological Methods that are utilized in Research Laboratories has demonstrated a history of providing guidance and training to Scientific Lab Personnel to achieve the optimal Veterinary Pathological Diagnosis. During her Seminar, she will provide specific guidance to students about pursuing a career in Histotechnology.
