"You Said What?!: How to Disarm Microaggressions and Racism Workshop"

This event was put together to raise awareness for and provide information regarding microaggressions and racism. The goal of the workshop is to share a greater understanding of the impact of microaggressions and racism, and work out strategies to eliminate these harmful societal attitudes. As discrete as it may seem, racism is still very much a part of the world around us and can have lasting effects on those who experience it. It is up to all of us to step in and make strides towards positive change.
