Keynote: The Ongoing Legacy and Impact of the Holocaust in U.S. Foreign Policy

Holocaust issues manifest themselves in foreign policy in many ways, ranging from restitution and compensation for Holocaust survivors to international efforts to counter Holocaust distortion and denial. For International Holocaust Remembrance Day 2023, the Kupferberg Holocaust Center welcomes U.S. Department of State Special Envoy Ellen Germain, who will talk about diplomatic efforts in these areas and how knowledge and understanding of the Holocaust informs current U.S. foreign policy.
