This Transfer Resource Center Event is for Students


The Columbia University School of General Studies (GS) was created to meet the needs of returning and nontraditional students seeking an Ivy League undergraduate degree full or part time. GS students each have their own unique story to tell, from our community college transfers and veterans, to our performers, first-generation Americans, and more. At this information session Queensborough students will have an opportunity to learn more about the School of General Studies, including curriculum details, degree requirements, financial aid, and the application process. The application deadline is March 1 for Fall 2023 enrollment. Registration is required.
