Winter Wellness Fair Event
Adequate duration good quality sleep is essential for overall well-being and academic success. We will discuss the conditions that support good quality sleep, and ways in which sleep (or lack of it!) impacts daily functioning. The workshop includes a self-assessment of sleep quality, and provides recommendations for improvement.
