Exhale to Inhale’s weekly live virtual Public Classes provide an opportunity to practice mindfulness tools that can be used anywhere, anytime. Join them each Wednesday from 11:30 AM-12:00 PM EST for a thirty-minute, trauma-informed yoga class over the next 12 weeks. These classes will provide space to ground and reconnect, inviting you to move at your own pace and make choices that support you. We will explore a new theme each week, with a rotating roster of our amazing teachers. Feel free to email with any questions.
