YOU WILL INTERACT WITH CLIENTS, REVIEW REQUEST FROM CLIENTS ON LINKEDIN FOR RESUME,LINKEDIN PROFILE, AND CAREER COACHING SUPPORT, UPDATE THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE AND GOOGLE BUSINESS DIRECTORY, RESPOND TO EMAILS, POST NEWSLETTERS CREATED BYTHE CEO TO SOCIAL MEDIA, AND SO MUCH MORE.

THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT EMPLOYEES AND IS EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCEFOR TWELVE YEARS. THIS IS A BUSINESS ADVISORY FIRM FOCUSED ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, RESUMES, AND LINKEDIN PROFILE CREATION, AND CAREER COACHING.  HERE’S WHAT AN ORDINARY DAY MIGHT ENTAIL:
• First thing everyday, you open the smartsheet application to review task assigned to you. Don’t worry, you will be trained to use
Smartsheet and other applications and it’s very easy
• Review duties and tasks assigned to you and act on them in the order required
• You will help the CEO stay on top of and track projects in the pipeline, responding to deliverables by their due date
• You will email intake forms to new prospects and have them complete them, then follow-up after sending forms and other material
• You monitor request for services through LinkedIn and via email and respond
• You’re great on the phone and via email, using words kindly, thank you, we appreciate
• Manage social media, posting to the company website, Google business directory, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• You will receive training for every system utilized

Valuable training on the latest collaboration tools, Calendly, smartsheet, LinkedIn’s service page,
posting to Google Business Directory+++ more technology.
