As a partner university, the Blackstone LaunchPad program adds additional value to the existing entrepreneurial-skill development programs at the Lawrence N. Field Center for Entrepreneurship at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College.

 

Position Description

CUNY Startups (http://cunystartups.com) is seeking an intern to assist with its startup programs. The intern will work closely with the executive and associate directors to help coordinate and market CUNY Startups programs.

As a startup coordinator you would:

  • Coordinate events and programs with the Executive Director (ED) of CUNY Startups
  • Assist with promoting CUNY Startups events and programming
  • Coordinate presenters/speakers
  • Facilitate programming- workshops, record and edit virtual programming, etc.
  • Support programming efforts
  • Update Google Sheets that contain participant information
  • Coordinate with mentors, judges, and investors
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $20
  • Hours per week: 15
