NYSTAA Transfer Scholarship

Recipients have the flexibility to use the funds toward tuition, housing, meal or textbook costs


Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, students must:

1. Be currently enrolled at an active NYSTAA (New York State Transfer and Articulation Association) two-year member college*.

2. Complete an Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, or Associate in Applied Science by date specified on website.

3. Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5.

3. Apply and plan on attending a current four-year NYSTAA member institution for the semester specified on their website.

*Queensborough Community College is an active member of NYSTAA.

Application Materials/Process:

Students must submit:

1. Online scholarship application.

2. Personal essay.

3. Unofficial transcripts from all colleges attended and courses in progress.

4. One letter of recommendation from a college administrator or faculty member.
