NYC DOT Paving Work on Kenilworth Drive on Friday, November 22, 2024
Dear Queensborough Community:
The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) has posted signs near campus stating that Kenilworth Drive is subject to full closure tomorrow, Friday, November 22, due to ongoing paving in the area. Gate 4 and Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 will not be accessible for some, or all, of the day.
Faculty and staff with a valid parking hangtag should plan on parking in the Main Lot using the entrance on 56th Avenue (Main Gate).
There will be limited student parking available in Lot 2. Students that choose to park in Lot 2 will need to use the entrance on Cloverdale Boulevard and tap their TigerCard at the gate to pay.
An interactive campus map is available in the QCC Connect Mobile app. Users can also visit www.qcc.cuny.edu/map
We anticipate these closures continuing until sometime Friday afternoon and we will provide updates throughout the day as we receive them.
Public Safety will be on-site to assist members of the campus community.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
