Fall Applications Now Live
College Now Classes during the School Year
There are two ways to participate in College Now during the school year: through partner high schools on weekdays and on the QCC campus on Saturdays.
1, Classes at Partner High Schools- juniors and seniors at partner hiigh schools should contact the College Now liaisons at their high school to enroll.
2, Saturday Classes- New York City public high school juniors and seniors can take classes on Saturdays. College Now offers classes that are held in person on the Queensborough Community College. Click here for more information on Saturday Classes.
* No more vaccination requirement! Students will no longer have to provide proof of vaccination against COVID 19 to attend in person College Now classes.
To Apply
Juniors and seniors should first fill out the application at: https://www.qcc.cuny.edu/cnApp/
Students who currently have an EMPLID (CUNY ID) do not need to complete the online application.
ALL students must then email the following:

Put “ Saturday Classes” in the subject line of email and attach your transcript Include your full name, high school, grade and OSIS number, telephone number and first and second choices in classes in the email.

Enrollment in College Now courses is done online. Students should complete the application in the appropriate link below. After completing the link, students should print out the application form and submit it to the College Now liaison at their school.
A Program for High School Students Who are Interested in Beginning Their College Career Now
Welcome to College Now at Queensborough Community College. College Now is a collaborative program between the City University of New York and the New York City Department of Education. College Now offers high school students an opportunity to experience college life by making it possible for them to take college preparatory and college-level courses while still in high school. Students attend orientations and special events on campus thereby expanding their horizons in regard to post-secondary education.
College Now at Queensborough Community College makes it possible for qualified high school students to participate in either college preparatory classes or college-level courses given at their high schools or, in some cases, on the campus of Queensborough Community College. These courses are offered tuition free to the students and are held before or after the regular school day. Moreover, college credit enrolled students, once they get a QCC ID card for that semester, will have access to Queensborough Community College's facilities, including the Kurt R. Schmeller Library Building, the Academic Computing Center, and the fitness facilities. We're proud to report that over 2,000 high school students participated in the College Now Program at Queensborough Community College during the 2021-2022 school year.
