Buildings and Grounds

Mission Statement

The Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for the maintenance, support, and protection of the campus physical plant: its buildings and their furnishings and equipment, grounds and infrastructure.  The Department strives to achieve a clean, safe and well-maintained campus that offers an optimal learning, teaching and working environment for students, faculty and staff.   The Department also works in conjunction with all other departments to provide support and services for all campus events and activities.

B&G Work Order System

Buildings and Grounds has transitioned to a new Cloud-based Work Order System. In an effort to help users with utilizing the new system, we have included the Requestor manual.

Email B&G if you have any questions or concerns on using the new work order system.

Work Request System that Departments must use to request and track non-emergency repairs, keys, and events which will then be promptly scheduled and addressed.
