  1. Accessibility Committee –SSD student panel - beginning of May
  • Panel for SSD students to assist faculty in identifying students in need of help and extra accommodations. The students will be answering questions regarding their perspective of academic inclusion. Accessibility Committee is in the process of identifying students that are going to be on the panel. Students will be given a consent with questions that will be asked. Faculty will not be allowed to ask the panelists questions. Faculty will be allowed to observe. A survey will be given to the faculty to solicit training ideas for faculty development on inclusion of students. Certificate may be given to faculty upon completion of selected training program. ADC will work together with Accessibility Committee on the project.

  1. Survey on Student Evaluation Form of Faculty (Old business – finalization)
  • Survey on Student Evaluation is not complete.
  • Fall 2021 survey questions were changed (questions 9 and 10) but faculty were not surveyed for input on the changes. Survey will be shared with committee members for review and creation of final draft for submission during the first week of May. Questions will be modified and rearranged to reflect questions in the new survey and for the in- person classes. The goal is to have one survey that evaluates online and in person class. Discussion was had regarding the addition of question to faculty soliciting educational needs. Revision of form will be done in Fall 2022 if necessary.
