The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm

  1. Review and approve Committee Meeting Minutes from 10/28/20

The Committee on Academic Development shall:

  1. Ask human resources to add explanation of “not applicable” part on Evaluation forms to make sure students are aware that they should choose “not applicable” instead of “strongly disagree”. Form should be available to students from November 30th-December 13th.
  2. Discuss our roll with Elective programs. We learned that Elective programs include honors programs, CUNY BA/BS and International studies. Our role is to review and promote activities for free elective programs.
  3. Should invite members to next meeting to discuss Honors program (honors courses approved based on department), BA/BS program (Transfer resource center/Rothenburg Bales) and international studies (Jeffery Ballerini) in order for us to help promote future events.
  4. Should get link for BA/BS program on QCC website (Cunyba.cuny.edu/admissions). Can this be considered as promotion for program?
  5. Review the results of survey from evaluation forms.

Respectfully submitted,

Crystal Moscat - Submitted by R. Akpinar
