Business
The meeting was called to order at 11pm, virtually.
Discussion among committee members:
- Minutes from the previous meeting was approved unanimously.
- Discussion on GPA calculations document: Potential GPA (based on graduation audit report and use available repeat credits) and New GPA criteria (when completed needed credits) clarified.
- Will request clarification on these columns from IT
- Returning students who have attended another college in the interim may lack transcript from this college
- Suggested: addendum for new members on expectations on committee
Application decisions
Applications were reviewed on committee members’ own time.
(20) Students approved for re-admission with conditions for the Spring semester.
(9) Students denied re-admissions for the Spring semester.
(1) Student was skipped for review.
