  1. Review of Merit Scholarship.

  2. “Who’s Who” and C.A.R.E.S. awards. Idea of creating new institutional or departmental awards since the eligibility of the Special Awards is very limited. (see annual report 2018-2019). This needs follow up.

  3. The committee guidebook needs to be updated and posted online.

  4. Announcement of next meeting date.
