Business:

The meeting was called to order at 01:00 PM

  • Minutes approved
  • Reviewed the minutes from last meeting
  • Discussions about VDI, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. VDI is currently for students accessing.
  • Barbara on CCR charges – how do we collect all information on the developments, problems and policies related to all computer resources and computer related activities at the College?
  • Bill suggested invite people such as the college VP who oversees IT, in charge of day to day operation, ACC to talk about what’s been done since pandemic.
  • Discussion about last year’s survey. No response has been received. Christine suggested engaging administrative personnel to send the survey. Well designed survey targeting at a specific topic. Barbara suggested anonymous survey.
  • Discussed about the purposes of school computer laboratories in today’s atmosphere where every student can access online with their own device.
  • Joann talked about smartboard in computer classrooms were poorly maintained after pandemic.
