The Academic Senate Committee on Committee on Committees met on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 12:10 pm


Committee Members in Attendance:

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:10 pm

1.  Update revision Committee on Committees (CoC) committee guide.  In progress

2.  Update: Secretary of CoC duties.

     a.  Minutes, agenda and monthly reports to compiled and posted to QCC website.-Ongoing

     b.  Hard copies to Constance Williams in QCC library.

3.   Information: Replacement list of eligilbe faculty continuing to be compiled.

4.  Upcoming deadlines for spring elections.

      a.  Information: must be available as needed in January and Spring, 2020

5.  New Business: Possible split of the Committee on Pre-College, Continuing Ed & Workforce Development (because       Pre-College and Continuing Ed have split and now report to two different college divisions).  Therefore, we will           need to populate that new committee if called upon.

6.  No additional new business

7.  Next Meeting date 2/5/20 at 12:10 pm, room is TBA
