The Academic Senate Committee on Committee on Committees met on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 12:10 pm

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:10 pm

Meeting Minutes of 10/2/19 was approved and passed

 

New Business

  1. Committee on Curriculum need one position filled with a tenured staff or faculty memer.  dean Liza Larios will follow-up with personnel from the resistrar's office.
  2. Chairperson Hammel appointed and assigned CoC members of Liaisons to QCC Committees as per Standing Committee Liaison request.  
    1. Members are charged with making notification to the respective chairs to introduce ourselves as the assigned Liaisons.  See attached document for assignments
  3. Appointment and assignment of CoC members to revised the CoC guide.   Julia and Vikki volunteered for this assignment.
  4. CoC member needed is needed to work with Secretary in posting of Agenda, minutes and other documents on QCC website.  All postings must be ADA compliant.  Shenaz will meet with Dave Moretti.
  5. Chairperson Hammel will update excell spreadsheet and distrubuet to members of the  CoC at the next meeting.
  6. All CoC documents must have hard copies filed in the QCC library with Constance Williams.  Shenaz will do this.
  7. Next meeting is schedule for 11/27/19 at 12:10 pm.  Room TBA.
  8. Meeting adjourned.
