The Academic Senate Committee on Curriculum met on March 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm online via Blackboard Collaborate

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM

  1. The minutes of the February 23, 2021 meeting were approved by the committee. 

  2. The committee discussed the course revision of BU-301: “Business Law” with Dr. Ted Rosen of the Business Department. After discussing the proposal, the committee voted, and the proposal was approved unanimously by those present.

  3. Ian Beckford, Director of Policy Analysis for General Education for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) presented the new Scientific Reasoning General Education Outcome. After discussing the proposal, the committee voted, and the proposal was approved unanimously by those present.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:48 PM.
