  1. Call to Order
  2. Approve previous meeting minutes.
  3. Old Business:
    1. eLearning Committee Newsletter.
      1. Fei submitted a resource guide for alternative grading systems.
      2. Article about Tony’s Virtual International Program
      3. Sharing the newsletter with the campus community can be done by submitting this form to Web Services.

  4. The 2021 Online Pedagogy Series (Brown Bag Workshops).
    1. Fei Ye to present, “Customizing OER books on LibreTexts,” on April 27, 2022 from 12:10-1:10.
    2. Randelle and Susan to present, "The New Normal: eLearning and Transitioning to Hybrid and Hyflex Pedagogy,” on Thursday, May 5, at 3:00.
    3. Quality Matters Workshop (QM) in the Fall semester?
  5. Hyflex
    1. Humberto to report on draft of student Hyflex survey.
  6. Suggested goals from the Academic Senate Steering Committee.
    1. According to Steering Committee, the committee should continue to write and publish the eLearning Committee Addendum/ Guidebook, which is under DOCUMENTS on our webpage (Goal #2: eLearning Committee will provide guideline guidelines, standards, and best practices in online instruction to the College.)
    2. Confirm that Denis would spearhead efforts to assess elearning on campus (Goal #4: Provide standards for assessment of the quality of online course instructional designs, reviewing and revising these standards as needed.)
  7. New Business
    1. Thank you to Randelle and Zhou for their service to our committee!
    2. Thank you for letting me serve as your Chair this past year! I am honored to have worked with you all.
    3. Thank you to Zivah for finding out that Nishat Faruqui will temporally serve as the point person for our College website (Cascade). Nishat reports to Tony Gamino, Director of Creative Services.
    4. Elections for Chair and Secretary.
