    From Academic Steering Committee

Our advice in late September was to gradually move back to in-person meetings when feasible and to write us with any questions.

In response to a question about committee members' reluctance to come back to campus for meetings, Phil Pecorino had a good suggestion. He suggested requiring quorum in person only for meetings where a vote is planned. For those meetings, keep minutes and post them, and for meetings where only discussion will take place, meet virtually and take only notes, which don't need to be posted.
