3.1    Meetings moving to in-person format

From Academic Steering Committee: Your committee meetings need to move toward an in-person on-campus quorum (a simple majority of members), with published meeting times and places. This means that we understand that the transition may be gradual. Have an on-campus in-person presence at your meetings when it is feasible. We know that may not happen immediately, and understand that the on-campus presence may not yet be a quorum with remaining members on Zoom. When reasonable, have an on-campus quorum for meetings. Please write to us with any questions. Thank you for all you do for shared governance at QCC.
