Denis Bejar has been a pioneer educational technology specialist for over 15 year. Working closely with student, faculty and staff, Denis strives to achieve best practice technology infusion into teaching and learning with high energy. Today, Denis Bejar is the Director of IT Academic Applications and Blackboard System Administrator at Queensborough Community College. He provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and sustainable instructional technology environment throughout the College.

Denis also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Business Department. He is particularly interested in the way technology impacts the educational process and distance learning. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Queen College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Stony Brook University. He also holds specialized certifications from Quality Matters ™ and the Online Learning Consortium.
