Student Policies

  • All registered students (including CLIP, Port of Entry, and College Now) must have and carry a QCC TigerCard.

  • A TigerCard is required for use of all campus facilities, including the Library, Student Union Building, Gymnasium, Y2 Building, and Academic Computing Center.

  • A TigerCard must be shown at the request of Campus Public Safety Officers or other College officials.

  • Students must be registered for classes to receive their TigerCard. A current Bursar bill is considered proof of registration.

  • Students who lose their TigerCard should immediately deactivate their card and check TigerCard office to see if it was turned in.

  • Students who lose, misplace or damage their ID cards must go to the Bursar’s Office and pay $10 for a replacement card.

  • QCC students who wish to use other CUNY College libraries must carry a copy of their current Bursar bill along with their TigerCard.

  • TigerCards do not have an expiration date and do not need to be validated. Your TigerCard is valid as long as you are a registered student.
