The Academic Senate Committee on Bylaws met on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, 1:00 pm, Humanities 458

Business:

The meeting was called to order at

There was not a quorum to officially open a meeting.  We discussed changes to the bylaws of the Academic Development committee and after discussion had an email vote.

 The The minutes from the previous meeting were approved.

The committee then voted and unanimously approved, via email, the bylaw changes of the Academic Development Committee 

No new business was discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
