The Academic Senate Committee on Bylaws met on March 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., by Zoom

Committee Members in Attendance:

2. Lam, Raymond, Engineering Technology (2023) - chair  
3. Robertson, Rommel, Social Sciences (2025)  
4. Wei, Sujun, Chemistry (2024) 

Liaisons in Attendance:

 

1. Liza Larios (Liaison, Human Resources and Labor Relations)

 

 

 

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:05 p.m.

 Business:  

1. Reminder to approve/disapprove/abstain for minutes from February 8, 2023. 
2. Bylaws Committee Guide Addendum to be revised and approved for May 2023 to be sent to Committee on Committees. All in attendance agreed to review Addendum once more. 
3. The Committee Chair suggested that a request be submitted again for a student representative, and committee members were in agreement. 
4. No current requests as of March 15 for change in Bylaws. 

 

Action Items: 

1. Approve/disapprove/abstain from minutes from February 8, 2023. 
2. Review, revise, and vote on Addendum in May. 

 

New Business: 

1. None.
