The Academic Senate Committee on Bylaws met on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, 1:00 PM, via Zoom virtual platform


Committee Members in Attendance:

 Urszula Golebiewska (chair), Raymond Lam, Weier Ye, Daniel Garbin


Liaisons in Attendance:

Liza Larios (President's Designee) 

 

 


Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:05 PM

 

  • We voted and approved October 2020 minutes
  • We could not reach via email the students appointed to our committee. Students did not reply to our emails. We will contact the Steering Committee and let them know.
  • We discussed the changes we made on the 2007 Committee Guide. We discussed what needed to be deleted and updated.
  • We plan to meet with David Moretti to discuss how to post online the changes of the 2007 Committee Guide. David Moretti agreed to join our December 2nd
  • We are still waiting for the Library Committee ‘s changes on their charges before voting.
  • Liza volunteered to double check the changes we made to the 2007 Committee Guide.

        The meeting was adjourned at 1:25PM
