The Academic Senate Committee on Bylaws met on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, 1:10 pm, M255


Committee Members in Attendance:

Franca Ferrari, Daniel Garbin, Urszula Golebiewska (Secretary), Sebastian Murolo (Chair), Hossain Md Shahadat 


Liaisons in Attendance:

Liza Larios (President's Designee)

William Ryan (Steering Committee's Designee)


Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:10 pm

Minutes:

  1. Welcome the new semester.
  2. The agenda was read and approved.
  3. The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved in May.
  4. The charges were read and discussed.  
  5.  Hossain Md Shahadat volunteered to review whether all the bylaws changes approved during the previous academic year were incorporated into appropriate documents.  
  6. Julia Rothenberg was tasked with the review of the committe guidelines.
  7. There was no new business.
  8. There was no old business.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:42 p.m.
