Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:10 PM

  1. The attendance was taken, the quorum was present.  
  2. The Minutes of the January 29th 2020 meeting were approved.
  3. There was no new business.
  4. Old business: the steering committee needs more time to return to us for voting the proposal regarding the split of the Committee on Pre-College, Continuing Education and Workforce Development.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 PM
