Meetings: The Committee met on September 26, 2018, October 17, 2018, November 21, 2018, February 13, 2019, March 13, 2019, April 3, 2019, April 18, 2019, May 2, 2019 and the final meeting to elect new officers and schedule meeting dates May 15, 2019.
Tasks:
October 2018 E-Learning Committee bylaw change related to Middle States. Bylaws updated
December 2018 Steering Committee Chair to preside over Academic Senate meetings in congruence with Middle States. Bylaws updated.
March 2019 Food Insecurity Committee from running Food Pantry to an advisory capacity since QCC took it over. Bylaws updated.
April 2019 Academic Development Committee bylaw changes. Bylaws updated.
April 2019 Amendment to Agenda Order to include approval of Agenda. Bylaws updated.
April 2019 Amendment to acknowledge change in student positions on The Committee on Publications. Bylaws updated
May 2019 Addition to bylaws to present at the start of each academic year a report to the Academic Senate of the Steering Committee a request for resources in support for the operation of the Academic Senate. Bylaws updated

Thanks and appreciation to William Ryan, who has also been serving as Secretary he will remain on the Bylaws committee as the Steering Committee Liaison.
Susan Jacobowitz, Past Chairperson and most recent Steering Committee Liaison.
Richard Micieli who has been an active and dedicated member of the committee.
