BioCloud Server

BioCloud Server is an HP Proliant DL360 10th generation server with 2 16-core Xeon Gold processors, 64GB DDR memory, 960GB SSD storage and 4Gb/E interconnects. The server will be designed as a cloud testbed for big data analytics applications and will give service to instructors who will incorporate data analysis modules into their courses.

We will provide virtual machines images already installed with the software products that are popularly used for data analysis, bioinformatics, big data analytics and machine learning such as:
