Incoming Freshmen

  • Be accepted to QCC
  • Submit QCC ASAP Interest Form 
  • Complete financial aid documents indicate QCC as the primary college on both applications.
    • Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).- School Code (002697)
    • Tuition Assistance Program (TAP).- School Code (1407)
      • Students who do not receive financial aid may join ASAP, however, they will not be eligible to receive a tuition waiver.

 Complete all admission requirements:


Continuing QCC Students

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • No more than 21 earned credits
  • Submit QCC ASAP Interest Form

*If you are an ASAP student at another college contact your current ASAP advisor for information on internal ASAP-to-ASAP program transfer. Do not submit the QCC ASAP Interest Form.**

Returning ASAP Students

Students who were previously in ASAP at QCC and are interested in returning to the program must contact their ASAP Advisor for information on the return process. If you are unable to contact your advisor, contact Angela Mc Aleese, Engagement Specialist, at amcaleese@qcc.cuny.edu.

ASAP- to ASAP- Transfer Students

Students who are in ASAP at another CUNY college and wish to transfer to ASAP at QCC must work with their ASAP advisor to submit an Intra-ASAP Transfer Request. The Fall Semester deadline is July 1st and the Spring Semester deadline is January 25th.  Please be advised that all Intra-ASAP transfer requests must be approved by the new ASAP college. Decisions will be made prior to the start of the semester.
