Designed to assist students in achieving a healthy body through a successful combination of safe, effective exercises and fun.

Students will be able to demonstrate how to measure heart rate
Students will be able to demonstrate proper body alignment while performing all exercises
Students will be able to demonstrate modifications and the importance of modification for various exercises
Students will be able to increase their heart rate to achieve their target heart rate
Students will be able to demonstrate correct warm-up and cool-down techniques
Students will be able to demonstrate correct stretching techniques
Students will be able to demonstrate correct resistance training techniques
Students will be able to demonstrate correct breathing and coordination techniques
Students will be able to explain how to incorporate regular exercise into their lifestyle
- Students will be able to demonstrate self-monitoring techniques
