The Governance Plan of Queensborough Community College

The Governance Plan of the College takes precedence over the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, the Bylaws of the Faculty, and the Bylaws of the Academic Senate of Queensborough Community College, and all other bylaws, procedures, and regulations of Queensborough Community College. The Governance Plan was ratified by Queensborough Community College in March 1976 and by the Board of Trustees of The City University of New York in November 1976.
